We can only accept the exchange of Parfums de Marly products purchased through our official website parfums-de-marly.com within 14 days after the delivery date, provided they are not used and in their original packaging. Discovery Sets cannot be returned or exchanged. The return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.

Your order can be cancelled if it has not been prepared or shipped out.

Please note that orders from Bulgaria are not eligible for return, exchange or refunds.
