We can only accept the return of Parfums de Marly products purchased through our official website parfums-de-marly.com within 28 days after the delivery date, provided they are not used and sealed in their original packaging.

The order must be returned in its entirety including complimentary gifts (excluding the 1.5ml samples) in order to receive a full refund. Discovery Sets cannot be returned or exchanged.

The return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer.

Please do not destroy or discard a product, even if you suspect it is defective or damaged, before contacting our customer service department. Doing so may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.
